2. What we collect and why

When you submit the exhibitor enquiry form on this site, we process the information you provide: your name, company, work email address, and the enquiry details you choose to send (booth tier and size, add-ons of interest, indicative total and any notes). We use this solely to respond to your booth / sponsorship enquiry and to communicate with you about exhibiting at Future Product Days 2027.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Processors and recipients

To run this site and handle your enquiry we use the following service providers as processors:

• HubSpot — CRM. Your enquiry is stored as a contact, deal and note so our team can follow up (EU data hosting).
• Resend — sends the internal email notification of your enquiry to our team.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this site.
• Matomo — visitor statistics, self-hosted for us by Westwerk GmbH & Co. KG (see section 4). Analytics data never leaves our own infrastructure.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers above and, where necessary, professional advisers.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site runs cookieless. We set no advertising or tracking cookies — which is also why you see no cookie banner.

For visitor statistics we use Matomo, self-hosted on our own infrastructure at matomo.westwerk.ac (operated for us by Westwerk GmbH & Co. KG — see the imprint); your data is not passed to a third-party analytics provider. Matomo runs with cookies switched off and records only aggregated usage data — which pages you open, how you got here, and general device and browser information — so we can see which parts of this site are useful to exhibitors. It does not follow you across other websites and does not build an advertising profile.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of this site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If we later add measurement that does require consent — advertising tools, for example — it will only run after you have opted in.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above and to meet legal obligations: enquiry emails are deleted after around 6 months; accounting and contact records are kept for up to 5 years or until you request deletion.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at adp@westwerk.dk.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Denmark, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk); if you are in Germany, your local state data protection authority.
